Mary Jo is a corporate director and strategic advisor, public speaker and broadcast commentator who draws on a rare blend of experience in the energy, financial services and public sectors in the United States and United Kingdom.
In addition to working with clients on international affairs, strategy and brand and reputation management, Mary Jo is a non-executive director of The Weir Group plc, Mulvaney Capital Management and PANAFSAT Inc. She is a member of the international advisory boards of The Rothermere American Institute at the University of Oxford and the IE Business School in Spain.
Mary Jo has been a C-suite executive with some of the world’s largest companies, including Royal Dutch Shell, BP America, Lehman Brothers, HSBC Holdings, and Drexel Burnham Lambert. She has served on the boards of directors of Tate & Lyle plc, the IDM Group, Drexel Burnham Lambert, the Ladies European (Golf) Tour, and the Ladies Professional Golf Association, which she chaired for five years.
She holds the rare distinction of being appointed to office by two American Presidents, two British Prime Ministers and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Mary Jo holds an MBA in International Business from the George Washington University and a BBA from Loyola University New Orleans. She currently resides in suburban Washington DC.
